The Deluxe Queen Room was spotless and had a comfy bed that made resting easy. Breakfast options were delightful, setting a pleasant tone for my days exploring Guayaquil. Staff manners shone through in each interaction, showcasing their attentiveness. The pool area is another gem, great for relaxing after a busy day. One downside was the lack of tea or coffee facilities in my room, making late-night comfort a bit harder. Nonetheless, my experience was overall positive and memorable.

The clean Double Room with Two Double Beds was nicely decorated and equipped with excellent air conditioning. The daily complimentary breakfast was a highlight, offering various delicious options. The food, especially the fresh pizza, was made from scratch and truly enjoyable. However, the room felt a bit dark, and the lack of Kleenex was slightly inconvenient. The air conditioning unit was noticeably noisy, which affected sleep quality.
